To Sign Up For Your Discounted $100 TEAM Training Session, please fill out the registration form. After submitting the form, you will be contacted via E-mail by our training staff within 24 hours with your Team Registration information.

* Valid for One Team only.

* Teams Can only use 1

  Discounted Training Pass.

* Must be a NEW team that has not yet trained with Total Hockey West.

Once You receive your pass, you may schedule it for anytime we have available open team training time.
